Daddy Days

While Daddy was home for his last 10 days before depolyment, we spent 4 of this days at the lake:

This is the view from our bedroom- you can just see the lake past the trees.

The kids finally got into the "treasure box" (Daddy's toy box from when he was a kid.) They have been asking about this for about a year- since they learned it was still around.

The big kids got to go for a ride!

Observed some wildlife like this turtle,

and a tiny crawfish! We found many other interesting things out on the lake-

mostly rocks shaped like cool stuff.

Back at home, Daddy did a bit of this.... more next post....
